WHAT EMPLOYER NEEDS TO KNOW WHEN HIRING NANNIES OUTSIDE CANADA


If you are hiring a Nanny outside of Canada, as an employer you have to complete the following, before submitting your request to the humans resources dept in Canada. I live in Ontario and this is the checklist of what is required of my application to hire a nanny.

___1. Original Completed Sign Application For Foreign Live-In
Caregiver - (EMT5093)
____2. Employer-Employee Contract

____3. Copies or Originals of Advertisement

____4. List of Applicants Name/Tel Nos. And Results Of
Advertising And Other Efforts to Recruit Also Include
Agencies)

____5. Copies of Invoices, Bills, Receipts for Advertising

____6. Does The Live-In Caregiver Reside In Canada?
If Yes, Please Include the Current/Last Work Permit

____7. Statement of Income of the employer, if needed
