Tankless Water Heater

The reason why I want to switch to a tankless water heater is to save money on the regular monthly payment of the tank rental that was installed by the provider when I moved to that new house.Wheww!! I can save 25 dollars taken off automatically from my bank account if I switch to tankless water heater. I learned that tankless water heater is economical when it comes to energy consumption and could save up the space in that little corner of my basement.
