Lalola

After the final episode of Dyesebel, LaLola debuted and this again gave a reason why I should go home before 5:30 EST or else I won`t see this romantic dramedy on GMA-Pinoy TV on time. The Philippines version of a famous Argentine telenovela, ``Lalola is a story of a man trapped in woman's body played by Rhian Ramos. The man`s body Lalo was played by a womanizer in character, Wendell Ramos, who was turned into a woman by a Sorceress sister of a woman he abandoned. It is story of love and hate, good and evil, tears and laughter and you have all the blend of emotions that will make you get hooked up on your TV set. He or she and her best friend Gary discovered why such transformation as revealed by the Sorcerers who wanted to help him but can`t do anything until the vengeful sorceress removes the hate in her heart. Lola`s became connected to the company where Lalo used to be the President and even developed a closeness to the grandfather of Lalo played by the versatile Eddie Garcia and the story continues as Lola later on finds herself developing a more effeminate personality that draws her closer to Facundo.
