If I have a doctor's appointment, the thing that would catch my attention is their exam tables. For hygienic reasons, I would prefer it to be neat or clean. In most cases, there could be some disposable paper on top of it that your roll and replace. However, if the surface and the sides aren't clean, it only says one thing to me; the medical practitioners are not concerned of their patients. With so undetected viruses in the atmosphere, it is best to be precautions by maintaining proper cleanliness and hygiene in the doctor's office.
